This hotel is in a great location near plenty of take-away food options and the Port, making it very convenient.

we were there for 1 night, overall had a very very good stay. it was clean, the staff was lovely friendly, plus the service was terrific. it was about 0.5 km from the airport.

It's a modern place, fairly clean. The staff are affable and amicable. The hotel is on a particularly good and stunning location right by cafes and coffee and shops, and a major shopping centre. They have a huge variety of meals to choose from, the food is fantastic.

The room here is beautiful and modern, complete with a private bathroom that has both bath and shower facilities. 🛁.

Location: the hotel was really close to a major shopping centre and the Gateway Bridge for easy access to the new Brisbane Cruise Terminal and the city and train station. The staff was pleasant and very welcoming and the owner too.

Shangri-La Gardens is a gorgeous property that impresses with its clean environment and exceptional service. the meals offered are delicious, providing plenty of great options. Its location is fantastic, with easy access to nearby cafes, coffee shops, and the Brisbane Aquatic Centre. the hotel is situated in a quiet area, which is close to all the essentials. My stay here was very pleasant, and I have no complaints!

the attentive service was incredible, even without reception. the swimming pool area was even better than the photos. I’d definitely choose this place again!

We recently went on a romantic escape at a hotel in Brisbane and we were pleasantly surprised by the amenities offered at the establishment. the room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. the hotel's location was very convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops in the surrounding area.

the staff seemed indifferent and not very welcoming, which made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.

There is a shopping mall just a few steps away, along with several take away food shops. guests will enjoy the enchanting view of a distinctive mountain in the middle of the area. the rooms are spacious and clean, with great lighting and well-functioning bathrooms. the staff is friendly and professional, always willing to help. Visitors will be pleased with the breakfast option and the service provided. Guests are offered free parking, and other advantages like tea, coffee, milk and biscuits in their rooms.

One of the facilities in the room needs improvement as the air conditioner can take a long time to cool it.

My Xmas stay at this hotel was great! Rooms were spacious and always clean, plus the lighting was excellent, especially in the bathroom. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the shops and a gas station right across the street. there was a lovely restaurant where I enjoyed tasty and affordable food served by friendly staff.

The air conditioner wasn't as effective as I would have liked, and it was pretty hot when I first walked in. There were also some issues with the bathroom amenities, such as difficult-to-squeeze soaps and an empty jug in the fridge.

The room was very comfortable with a great bed, and the breakfast pack was a nice touch. The location was also excellent, close to shopping and take away food shops. The staff was wonderful and accommodating, providing a portable cot and quick check-in and check-out.

Can't fault the property in any way.
